This rendition perfectly captures how it is in the game. It starts out as an innocent song that you find through an odd man and time paradox. As you go into the well and grave yard it descends into a dark madness. Culminating with a monster made from a man so evil they cut off his hands (thief) and head murderer).

I hate storms with a burning passion. I get so uncomfortable and anxious during them, like a dog. I always try different things to make myself NOT feel these things. Ironically, this song is the most successful of them all at calming me down. (Just the Song of Storms in general works, but this is my favorite version)
